The Skyline Tower in Dubai is a state-of-the-art commercial office building that stands as a symbol of modern business infrastructure. The client required high-end natural stone materials that would deliver both visual impact and long-lasting durability for the exterior and interior design of the building. Our contribution was essential in ensuring the sleek, sophisticated aesthetic of the office spaces while maintaining functionality and robustness in high-traffic areas.

Our use of Black Aswan Granite for the exterior facade created a striking, timeless look that defines the Skyline Tower’s urban appeal. Inside, the combination of Sinai Pearl Grey and Katrina Marble provided a seamless flow from the building’s exterior to its opulent interiors, impressing both tenants and visitors alike.

• Facades: Black Aswan Granite was used for the exterior facade, creating a bold, professional appearance that speaks to the building’s modernity.
• Flooring: The lobby and main hallways were clad in Sinai Pearl Grey, providing a clean, sophisticated look that exudes professionalism.
• Reception Areas: Katrina Marble was chosen for its elegance and luxurious texture, elevating the reception spaces to the next level of refinement.
