Export Services
End-to-end marble and granite export services for wholesale buyers, stone importers, and distributors from block selection in Egyptian quarries to container delivery at your destination port.
What We Do
Most Egyptian stone companies sell stone. Shawkat Stone manages the full export process from the moment we source a block from an Egyptian quarry to the moment your container is sealed and handed to the shipping line.
That means one point of contact, one accountable partner, and a service that covers every stage: sourcing, processing, finishing, quality control, packing, and logistics. No gaps, no handoffs, no surprises.
Who We Work With
We work with wholesale stone distributors, importers, and fabricators across the USA, Canada, Germany, Greece, Cyprus, and other international markets who need a reliable Egyptian source for marble and granite at scale.
Our typical clients place repeat container orders they are not one-time buyers. The way we structure our services is designed to support that kind of ongoing, volume-based wholesale relationship: consistent quality, reliable lead times, and a team that knows your requirements without needing to re-explain them every order.
Our Six Services
Six services that together cover the complete journey from Egyptian quarry to international container delivery.
Service One
We source directly from Egypt's established quarry network Galala plateau, Sinai, Menia, and granite regions across Upper Egypt. Every block is assessed for color consistency, structural integrity, and vein pattern before it enters our production line. Blocks that fail our inspection are returned never processed and never shipped.
Service Two
We process marble and granite to exact buyer specifications any size, any thickness, any format. Gang saws and multi-blade cutters produce slabs in standard 2cm and 3cm thicknesses, while bridge saws handle cut-to-size pieces for tiles, countertops, stair treads, and custom architectural dimensions. Calibration machines ensure uniform thickness across every piece before finishing.
Service Three
Our factory produces six professional surface finishes each suited to specific applications and design requirements. Polishing machines work through progressive abrasive grades to build up the specified surface, while dedicated equipment handles flaming, bush-hammering, brushing, and sandblasting. Every finish is applied to the stone type and specification confirmed at order stage — not approximated.
Service Four
Quality inspection at Shawkat Stone is not a single final check it runs at every production stage. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified process includes structured inspection checkpoints at block intake, post-cutting, post-calibration, and final pre-packing approval. Every slab is examined for surface consistency, dimensional accuracy, edge quality, and batch color matching before it is cleared for export.
Service Five
We manage the full export logistics chain — from factory floor to container seal. Four export-grade packing methods are available: wooden crates, pallets, wooden bundles, and block shipping selected based on stone type, destination, and container configuration. Our own transport company moves every order from factory to port under our direct control, eliminating the third-party handoff point that causes most export accountability gaps.
Service Six
Before you commit to a container order, we send physical stone samples for your approval color, finish, and quality verified in your hands before production begins. Our RFQ process is straightforward: submit your stone type, dimensions, finish, quantity, and destination port, and we respond with a detailed FOB quotation within 24–48 hours. No vague pricing, no guesswork — a real quote based on your real requirements.
Export Destinations
Active export lanes to established and growing wholesale markets with the documentation packages and logistics experience each destination requires.
Growing demand for Egyptian marble among North American stone distributors and fabricators — we supply FCL and LCL shipments via East and West Coast ports with full US customs documentation.
European buyers value Egyptian stone for its quality-to-cost advantage — we supply German and EU distributors with complete documentation packages for EU customs and import compliance.
Our most established export markets — regular container shipments to Greek and Cypriot distributors with proven delivery track records across multiple stone varieties and formats.
