Industrial Equipment
From raw block cutting to decorative waterjet work, our facility runs a full lineup of specialized stone processing machines. Consequently, we cover every individual stage of marble and granite manufacturing.
Why It Matters
Every machine in our factory is selected for one purpose: delivering consistent, export-ready natural stone. We match the exact volumes and specifications that wholesale distributors and stone importers demand. And we do this without compromising surface quality or dimensional accuracy.
Our comprehensive production line handles the full manufacturing cycle seamlessly. First, we cut raw quarry blocks into calibrated slabs. Then, we apply the precise surface finish your client specifies. Finally, we fabricate the pieces to your exact architectural requirements. Therefore, whether you need standard polished marble tiles or intricate custom designs, our machinery ensures exceptional speed, accuracy, and full ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

Our Equipment
Ten industrial machines covering every phase from the moment a raw block enters the facility to the final inspection before export packing.
The block cutter serves as the very first machine in our production line. Its primary job is to slice large quarry blocks into slabs with consistent precision. In addition to standard cutting, our multi-blade configuration cuts multiple slabs simultaneously, which is ideal for high-volume wholesale orders. As a result, this process streamlines efficiency right from the start.
While block cutters handle smaller operations, the gang saw machine is built for the mass production of marble and granite slabs. It is equipped with multiple steel blades running in parallel to produce batches of uniformly thick slabs in a single pass. For this reason, it acts as the true backbone of our mass-production capacity for full container load orders.
Once the initial slabs are ready, they proceed to our programmable bridge saws. These highly accurate machines are specifically designed for cut-to-size tiles, custom dimensions, wall cladding, and countertop production. Because they are fully automated, they provide perfectly consistent, repeatable cuts across large batch runs with tight tolerances.
Surface aesthetics are incredibly critical, so our automated polishing machines utilize multi-grade abrasives to deliver mirror-finish surfaces or controlled matte honed results. Moreover, this automated process ensures uniform cross-batch consistency across marble, granite, and travertine alike. Consequently, wholesale buyers receive the exact shine they expect.
To achieve the best results before polishing or final cutting, every slab must pass through a calibrating machine. Rotating grinding heads work continuously to ensure a perfectly uniform thickness across the full slab surface. Ultimately, this crucial step reduces installation waste and eliminates on-site alignment issues for your team.
For specialized architectural applications like countertops and stair treads, we rely on our advanced edge profiling machines. These tools shape and smooth the edges of stone slabs into various elegant styles, including bullnose, beveled, and ogee profiles. Consequently, the output always features a clean, beautifully polished edge that adds premium value.
When projects call for decorative inlays, complex geometric patterns, or custom medallions, our waterjet cutting machine offers the perfect solution. It utilizes an ultra-high-pressure stream of water mixed with an abrasive compound to cut intricate designs. Furthermore, because it is a cold cutting process, it eliminates any risk of heat fractures entirely.
In addition to waterjet cutting, we utilize computer-controlled CNC routers for detailed 3D decorative carving, engraving, and lettering. This advanced machinery provides exceptional precision across large architectural runs. Therefore, it is the ideal choice for branded stone signage, intricate moldings, and complex architectural panels that require perfect accuracy.
To provide specialized texturing options for outdoor granite applications, our flaming machines apply high-temperature burners directly to the stone. As a result of this intense thermal heat, the surface crystals expand and fracture. Consequently, this process creates a highly durable, beautifully rough, and reliably non-slip textured finish.
Similarly, our bush-hammering machines offer premium mechanical texturing for both marble and granite varieties. The machine utilizes specialized percussion heads that repeatedly strike the stone face. Thus, this consistent mechanical pounding delivers a uniformly rough, slip-resistant surface texture that is ideal for public walkways and pool surrounds.
